Why a regional pilot?

The first HostDesk phase is focused on selected businesses around Mbombela (Nelspruit), White River, Hazyview, Malelane and Barberton. This allows practical onboarding, local support, remote-first assistance and real customer feedback.

We want to understand the needs of guesthouses, lodges, Airbnb hosts, self-catering units and small hospitality operators before finalising national public pricing and future plans.
